Lake Shore Track Bulletin # 11-26-01

Herrod is electrically operational but track needs cleaning.

Helix is fully operational.

Calumet yard west leads for the run through and ladder tracks are fully

operational.

Advisorys:

Calumet yard-

The west end of Calumet yard is poorly supported and will not support the

weight of people on it to reach equipment in block 4 and 17. There are many

uneven track sections there and a 10smph speed restriction is in place for

the west end.

The switch for class yard track two is still bad.

Sludge Oil-

Still out of service including the 80 crossover lead on the west end.

IC JCT to CAL JCT-

Crossovers 64 and 64.1 are still out of service till major track replacement

is done in the area.

Blackwater JCT- all crossovers still out of service. Entrance to Blackwater

Branch via track 1 only.

Industrial District- Entrance to the Industrial distrcit can only be made

from the mainline IF BOTH ARE IN DCC mode.
